Return Policy

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Ozone Quantum Solution's website, ozonequantumsolutionsllc.com. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items with all original factory seals intact within 30 days from the day you receive the products (date indicated on the shipping tracking number/page).
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping, insurance and/or handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@ozonequantumsolutionsllc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or a note with your Order ID and RMA number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please package your return items securely so they are not damaged in transit. If the items are glass bottles, wrap them individually so they are not damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

DAMAGED ITEMS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@ozonequantumsolutionsllc.com to arrange a refund or reshipment of item(s).
