Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely as possible.

What to expect:

  • It is currently taking 2-4 business days for us to prepare orders for shipment.

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

  • After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please rest assured that your order is safely in the shipper’s hands. They are working as quickly and diligently as possible to get your order to you even if your tracking may not reflect that the shipper has received your package.

  • It may take 3-5 business days for the first scan to occur and for tracking information to update. We are also seeing many deliveries occur without stopping for a tracking scan, a measure that carriers utilize to process your delivery faster.

Ozone Quantum Solutions ships to most locations around the world. To see if we ship to your country, add a product and go to the Cart page, https://ozonequantumsolutionsllc.com/cart. In the Estimate Shipping box, click on the Country drop down menu to view the list of Countries we ship to.

If you do not see your Country, contact our Support Team or email support@ozonequantumsolutionsllc.com and let us know your country. We will check shipping rates and add to our online system.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping is offered on orders with a minimum subtotal of $200.

Free Shipping is only available for orders shipped in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

To calculate your shipping costs and to view shipping carrier options:

  3. Select your Country and/or Province.

  4. Enter your Postal/Zip Code.

  5. Click the Calculate Shipping button, then a list of shipping rates and carriers will display.

SUPPLEMENTS - DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders with a minimum subtotal of $200 in the contiguous United States (all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

  • Order Processing Time - Supplement products are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) out of Dallas, Texas, United States.

  • General Transit Time

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (various carriers are used)

    • FedEx Ground: Estimated 2-6 business days

    • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business day delivery with 85%+ historical on time service (e.g., An order fulfilled on Monday will arrive on Wednesday)

SUPPLEMENTS - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Order Processing Time - Supplement products are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) out of Dallas, Texas, United States.

  • General Transit Time

    • Standard Shipping: 7-30 business days (various carriers are used)

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1-6 business days (various carriers are used)

All international sales are final. Once you place your order, we will not issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International shipping rates cover shipping costs only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

  • Custom policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  • Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number, such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
